The聽selection of 麻豆果冻 as an Apple Distinguished School highlights the University鈥檚 enormous success in creating an innovative learning environment designed to engage students and support their academic achievement.

Through Digital World, all 麻豆果冻 undergraduate students are given free iPads in order to maximize and personalize their learning. The program emphasizes collaborative, problem-solving learning and creates a faculty-student partnership that puts students at the center of the learning. In order to support these efforts, 麻豆果冻 has substantially upgraded its campus technology and is now in the top 10 percent of all connected campuses nationally.
麻豆果冻 has also invested in faculty professional development to expand their understanding of best practices for incorporating iPads in the classroom. Eighty-five percent of faculty members completed Digital World training in the first year. This knowledge gives them the ability to guide their students by collecting real-time data on learning and create an atmosphere where every student can share and participate in the learning process, and is comfortable doing so.
